Wedi ennill pencampwriaethau Cylch Aeron a Rhanbarth Ceredigion yr Urdd aeth y tim ymlaen i Wyl Chwaraeon Genedlaethol yr Urdd. Curwyd ysgolion o Bresdatyn i Gaerdydd ar y ffordd i'r 'ffeinal'. Yn y rownd derfynol curwyd Ysgol Eifion Wyn o Borthmadog o 2-0 i ennill pencampwriaeth Cymru am yr ail dro, Camp arbennig iawn.
After winning the Aeron Area and the Cardiganshire championships the team proceeded to the Welsh finals. Teams from Presdatyn to Cardiff were beaten on the way to the final. In the final the team overcame Ysgol Eifion Wyn Porthmadog by 2-0 to win the National Title for the second time in five years. A remarkable achievement.
