Teaching Assistant – afternoons

By now, the children have settled in wel to the Reception Class, along with Miss Thomas, Mr Mathew, and Miss Cara, who joins us in the afternoons.

Since September, we’ve enjoyed exploring a variety of themes including Birthdays, Aliens Love Underpants and Autumn. The children have been enthusiastic and curious, learning through play and hands-on experiences.

We’ve had the opportunity to visit the woodland at Llanerchaeron and walk through Panteg woods, observing the changes as the seasons shift from Summer to Autumn, helping to nurture an awareness of the natural world.

Each week, we continue to follow the Jigsaw Health and Wellbeing programme, with Mrs Carys Freeman leading these valuable sessions. In addition, the children enjoy their Physical Education lesson every Tuesday.

We are also very pleased to welcome Miss Chelsea, a student from Coleg Ceredigion, who will be joining us every Monday and Tuesday throughout the academic year
